Join Transcom as a Customer Support and User Enablement Specialist in the Dutch market
Be on the front line of support for clients and deliver impactful work on a company level. In this role, you will:
* Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries across multiple channels
* Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate, efficient solutions to user concerns
* Educate customers on how to maximize their experience with our clients mobility services
* Identify trends in customer feedback to improve overall service quality and user satisfaction
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and product usability
To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
* Native or fluent in Dutch (level C1+)
* Intermediate English proficiency (B2+) written and oral
* Previous experience in customer support is a plus
* Availability to work in various shifts, as the department works 24/7 with rotating shifts designed to align with business needs
* Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, such as empathy and listening
* Positive attitude and willingness to provide brilliant customer experience
