About Responsibilities
Within our Leasing & Factoring unit in Portugal, which brings together more than 100 professionals, the Delivery Manager will directly lead up to 30 team members, supported by team and technical leads. This unit operates as an extension of the IT department of our Crédit Agricole partner. In this context, the IT Delivery Manager acts as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) ensuring that application development and delivery activities meet their needs and expectations.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Operational ManagementOversee capacity planning and resource allocationManage activity scheduling and delivery timelinesEnsure quality of service across application development activitiesProduce regular activity reports for Crédit Agricole Group stakeholders
Business DevelopmentAlign application delivery with the evolving needs of Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring partner.Propose and implement new solutions to reinforce KLx's positioning and value
Application Development & DeliverySupport development teams in projects and daily application deliveryFacilitate collaboration between Crédit Agricole business stakeholders and technical teamsIdentify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues in design, coding, testing, and deploymentPromote best practices in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure quality and reliability
Sourcing & Provider ManagementManage Crédit Agricole's requests and recruitment in collaboration with stakeholdersOversee onboarding, equipment provisioning, and skill matrix management for internal and external resourcesEnsure team care and professional developmentCoordinate with providers and manage ramp-up plans with KLx's Sourcing and HR teams
HR ManagementSupervise internal staff in collaboration with operational managersLead recruitment processes and training initiativesManage the training and team care calendar with HR
Contract & Governance ManagementDefine, produce, and validate KPIsPrepare and lead governance committees with Crédit Agricole stakeholdersOversee timesheet management for internal and external resources
Client OnboardingDrive transition and knowledge transfer plans with the Transition team in KLx to support Crédit Agricole Group.
8. Transversal ActivitiesContribute to KLx's growth throughout strategic roadmap, new services, and offersSupport the communication plan and knowledge sharing across our K-Tech communities, events, etc.
About You
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field7+ years managing application development teams or large-scale software delivery projectsBackground in banking, leasing, or insurance environments and awareness of cybersecurity, compliance, and regulatory requirements in financial services is a strong plus.Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelinesFamiliarity with modern application architectures (microservices, APIs, cloud-native applications)Understanding of IT infrastructure integration (servers, storage, networking, cloud platforms)Excellent communication and stakeholder managementStrong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilitiesAdaptability and problem-solving mindset in multicultural environmentsEnglish and French advanced.
