Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Support Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing two catalog applications in their maintenance state, overseeing the planning and quality of delivery for some evolution with external partners, and supporting the applications' users.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse business and technical requirements to ensure quality of evolutions.
* Plan delivery, test, and support the web application.
* Provide visibility to various management levels.
* Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues.
