WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Facilitate and guide the Scrum process to ensure team alignment with Agile principles.
* Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Reviews).
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
* Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure the team’s delivery aligns with business goals.
* Remove impediments and shield the team from distractions to maintain focus on delivery.
* Track progress through metrics like burndown charts and provide actionable insights to the team.
WHAT WE WANT
* At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
* Proven expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
* Solid understanding of software development processes and life cycles.
* Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
* Fluency in English is a must.
* Nice to have:
o Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
o Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
o Knowledge of DevOps practices and principles.
