Job Title: Public Sector Sales Executive

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to join our team as a Client Manager. As the primary point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for owning overall client relationships and strategy across all business groups. You will work collaboratively with our Enterprise and Public Sector teams to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish relationships with new customers in the public sector and secure contracts that achieve assigned sales quotas and targets
* Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
* Nurture relationships of trust with key customer stakeholders, particularly at C-Level, and provide proactive follow-up, product information, and manage their needs and expectations
* Lead account strategy and tactical planning
* Identify opportunities and work with specialist sales to close and with pre-sales technical resource to address customer needs
Requirements:
* 5+ years sales experience in the IT market with a proven track record of success and a focus on solutions sales
* Familiarity with the reseller business in the Portuguese region
* Entrepreneurial personality, customer-focused, and able to deliver exceptional solutions well beyond customer expectations
* Professional fluency in English
* In-depth knowledge of the scope of our products and services, industry trends, and the competitive landscape
* Proven ability to contact, qualify, develop, and close leads
