The Opportunity
We are building an
AI & Data Hub at EY-Parthenon Portugal
designed to serve countries across the
Europe West region
and drive advanced analytics and AI solutions.
As a Data Scientist you will be part of this strategic initiative shaping decisions through predictive models innovative experiments and actionable insights for high-impact projects across diverse industries.
Your key responsibilities
Conduct experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize performance.
Extract actionable insights from structured and unstructured data.
Collaborate with domain experts to ensure models meet business needs.
Design and develop predictive prescriptive and generative AI models.
Stay current with emerging AI techniques and integrate best practices.
To qualify for this role you must have
Bachelors degree in information systems Computer Science Engineering or other related.
35 years of experience in Data Science or advanced analytics roles.
Advanced knowledge of machine learning deep learning and statistical modeling.
Strong programming skills (Python R) and familiarity with ML frameworks.
Ability to design experiments and validate models.
Data wrangling and feature engineering expertise.
Communication skills to explain complex models to non-technical audiences.
Ideally you will also have
Previous experience in consulting or strategic projects.
Knowledge of financial modeling and integration with predictive analytics.
Exposure to MLOps and deployment of models in production environments.
