We're a remote-first, full-service B2B SaaS (Software as a Service) company, incorporated in Denmark with 15 employees.
And not only do we develop software, we implement, maintain, and optimise it. We provide the technology, service, and expertise to help businesses establish and optimise their contact strategy through omnichannel management. The position
We're seeking candidates for a full-time position as a MarTech & Data Lead.
Your main responsibility will be to:
Advise & support our Account Managers and Clients in the "data flow" of data-architecture and how bmetric's technologies "fit in".
Actively connect and setup integrations between bmetric and 3rd party systems
Analytics (ex.Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Ads),
CDP (Adobe, Salesforce, Tealium, Bloomreach),
Dialers (Genesys, Enreach, Telia Ace, Adversus)).
Work with custom reporting when our standard reports don't cover the requirements.
Collaborate with our development team to expand and improve our API, Dashboard and AI. Always with an eye on automation!
The required skills and mindset for this position:
Thorough knowledge of SQL, APIs and MarTech data flows,
Thorough understanding and hands-on experience with dataLayers & CDP
Open minded, good at problem solving and enjoys to learn new things
Ready to take on any challenges thrown your way
Speak and write in fluent English
Good communication & understanding skills
About you
Education and background matters little
Actual skills matters everything
You have likely worked with data, data analytics (the slightly more technical side of it) for an agency or similar, and now want to take the next step in your career
Has had responsibility for Tag Managers (consent), Analytics, API services for actual organisations
Salary & Contract
Salary depending on experience. Contract either through an "Employer of Record" or as a contractor/private entrepreneur.
Details
This position is 100% remote, however during your onboarding period, you will be in close contact with the management & development team. Although we are a remote first company, we do host team-events twice a year abroad (visiting cities such as Budapest, Dublin & Malta). So you'll be meeting the company in person.
