We are currently looking for an Engineering Delivery Manager to join our team at Thales Portugal
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of system engineering and system/software development lifecycles;
- Strong organisational and planning skills, detail oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities;
- The ability to overlook complex situations and to manage multi-task environments;
- Ability to manage and coordinate engineering resources and technical teams;
- Ability to monitor and track technical activities (e.g. engineering schedule and KPIs), allocated budget and associated risks and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Engineering or similar
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as Technical Manager
- Knowledge of System Engineering and System Development Lifecycles
- Ability to coordinate technical teams
- Good command of English
- Availability to travel
