Key Responsibilities: Ensurestability, availability and performanceof production environments Contribute to thedefinition of technical solutionswith production requirements Integrate infrastructure and operational needs into product backlog Implement and improvemonitoring and observability practices Support deployment processes and ensure environment readiness Collaborate with development and production support teams Drivecontinuous improvement(automation, performance, reliability) Identify risks, bottlenecks and propose mitigation actions Technical Profile: Experience inIT Operations / DevOps / Production environments (3+ years) Strong knowledge ofmonitoring tools: Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, ElasticSearch Experience withCI/CD and DevOps tools (GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, Ansible) Experience withDocker and Kubernetes Solid understanding ofIT infrastructure and production environments Knowledge ofIT risk, security and operational best practices Experience working inAgile and DevOps environments Fluent inEnglish (mandatory) French is aplus Personal Profile: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities Strong communication and stakeholder management Team player with mentoring mindset Proactive and solution-oriented approach Comfortable in fast-paced and international environments We believe we are the ones to, by: Providing a Multidisciplinary Team.
