Job Description
As a seasoned Operations Business Unit Manager, you will oversee the strategic execution of our organization's operational objectives. Your mission will be to support team leaders in achieving their goals, focusing on operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
* Contribute to the successful implementation of clients' and Cardif Support roadmaps by supporting managers in their deployment.
* Support operations team leaders responsible for service delivery of assigned activities in line with KPIs and service level agreements.
* Guarantee adequate activity and performance monitoring, resource recruitment, allocation, and scheduling, as well as technical means assessment to meet demands and business goals.
* Lead and manage staff under your responsibility to ensure strong employee engagement towards set objectives.
* Share and promote corporate values and positive management spirit; contribute to providing a work environment where each employee is treated with respect and dignity, ensuring best conditions for staff wellbeing and motivation.
* Contribute to continuous improvement and transformation strategies of activities, guaranteeing right level of leadership in change management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have:
* Advanced degree, ideally a Master or MBA, with proven management experience in complex and fast-paced companies.
* Knowledge/experience in service delivery, KPIs, and budget monitoring.
* Capacity to identify, alert, and prevent risks related to global framework of service delivery.
* Minimum B2 level in French and English is mandatory; other languages are also a strong plus.
* Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate stakeholders in cross-functional environment.
