Job Title
We are seeking an exceptional User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design Consultant to join our team. As a UX/UI Design Consultant, you will be responsible for designing user-centric interfaces that meet the needs of our clients.
* Key Responsibilities:
* SUPPORTING projects and applications to ensure alignment with development teams
* Presentation of results and conclusions gathered from interviews with users, focus group sessions, ideation or problem deconstruction sessions

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Professional experience in UX/UI
* Previous experience creating and maintaining design systems (UI Kits) in Figma, promoting consistency and scalability of the same across multiple products
* Proven experience working with products built on different technologies, primarily on low-code platforms, and ability to adapt and design for various technical constraints
* Solid understanding of accessibility principles meeting WCAG 2.1 guidelines
* Experience with Accessibility
* Up to 10 years of experience or experience in the relevant business area
* Knowledge of vector drawing and image editing tools such as Illustrator and Photoshop (preferred)
* Experience in using and building Design Systems, UI Kits, UI components library, or live style guides (preferred)
* Ability to think about and build usability flows, page architecture, and navigation models
* Experience conducting user interviews, focus group sessions, and collecting usage data to inform decisions
* Ability to facilitate ideation or problem deconstruction sessions
* Experience in passing projects to development teams
* Ability to understand technical limitations and know how to tailor the design proposal
* Certifications or training in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Design Thinking, Service Design, UX (usability), or Research
* English required, both spoken and written
