Management Consulting Senior Manager - Health & Public Services

Accenture Portugal is looking for a Management Consulting Senior Manager in the Health & Public Services sector.
Join our team of specialists who partner with business leaders to deliver tech-enabled transformation and new ways of creating value.
Key Responsibilities
Translate the strategic direction and business objectives established by clients into holistic strategies and actions.
Develop go-to-market initiatives for Strategy & Consulting in the H&PS industry and lead end-to-end client negotiations.
Leverage Accenture's methods, tools, and assets to design and deliver outcomes to clients, including GEN AI tools.
Effectively manage project teams with a focus on results and on delivering outstanding value for clients.
Understand and translate customer needs into implementable business solutions to enable long-term success and business integration.
Analyze the as-is and to-be processes.
Design new business processes based on customer requirements and conduct user review sessions and run stakeholder agreement meetings.
Implement digital and operational transformation / reinvention programs.
Job Qualifications
Practical experience in consultancy roles is mandatory.
Experience in public sector (public banking, public services, public transports, public utilities) is preferred.
Relevant experience to understand complex issues and develop creative and breakthrough solutions.
Natural leadership ability to establish trust-based relationships and gain valuable insights through collaboration and communication.
Technological knowledge from a functional perspective.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese.
