We're looking for a dynamic Customer Support Representative to join our team and provide exceptional service to our valued customers.
Responsibilities
1. Assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone) enthusiastically and professionally;
2. Support customers with booking management, cancellations, and billing issues;
3. Attract potential customers by answering questions about rent-a-car reservations and their different options, providing additional information to meet customer needs;
4. Gather information from new customers and input it into the platform;
5. Process and respond to contact requests promptly, contributing to fostering commitment to our client's brand;
Qualifications
1. Proficient in German;
2. Previous experience in a call center environment (preferred);
3. High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree (a plus);
4. Knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a bonus).
Benefits
1. Base salary of 1010€/month;
2. Meal allowance of 7,23€ per day worked;
3. Performance bonus up to 120€/month;
4. Schedule: Monday to Sunday, from 7am to 8pm. 2 days off: weekend;
5. Permanently working contract with a 3 months trial period;
6. Location: Braga (work at home).
