Technical Product Owner - Allia Health Group

Job Summary
Reporting into the Head of Products, the Technical Product Owner for Applications will manage Allia's core application portfolio, including Brello, Hello Wellness, and Hello Wellness Care. This role ensures that product and technology priorities are translated into structured execution within Linear (preferred) or Jira. You will work closely with engineering teams to orchestrate roadmap delivery, maintain PRDs and product documentation in Notion (or equivalent), and ensure seamless coordination from planning through release.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the orchestration of Allia's applications roadmap.
* Translate leadership priorities into actionable tasks, user stories, and sprints.
* Ensure backlog and development tracking are accurate and transparent in Linear/Jira.
* Maintain structured product documentation and PRDs in Notion (or equivalent).
* Track development progress, resolve blockers, and ensure timely delivery.
* Act as the bridge between Head of Products, engineering, and stakeholders.
* Provide clear reporting on roadmap progress and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
* Ideal Degree(s): Management, Business, Computer Science, or other relevant field — or equivalent professional experience
* Experience: 3+ years in project management, product ownership, or agile delivery roles
* Must-Have:
* Proven experience in project ownership within software, applications, or digital products
* Hands-on use of ProductPlan (or equivalent roadmapping tool)
* Proficiency in Linear (preferred) or Jira for agile delivery management
* Familiarity with Notion (or similar) for PRDs and product documentation
* Strong understanding of agile principles and backlog management
* Excellent cross-team coordination and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Awareness of platforms and tools such as Google Cloud, Looker, Vertex AI, UiPath, N8N, CI/CD with GitHub & Google Cloud, React, PostgreSQL, Docker, and Kubernetes. Familiarity is welcomed but not required.
Physical Requirements
* Working in Madeira in a shared office space, remote in Portugal, or remote in a Portuguese timezone-friendly location.
* Flexibility to shift portions of the day to increase timezone overlap with US CST timezone.
Salary & Location
* Salary Range: €50,000–60,000 / $59,000–70,000
* Location: Ideally located in Madeira, remote in Portugal, or remote in a Portuguese timezone-friendly location
