We are seeking a Project Management Business Partner to join our team and play a pivotal role in creating the future of flight.
The ideal candidate will have strong facilitation skills, be able to listen and respond constructively, negotiate and influence, and manage conflicts effectively. They will also be willing to handle changes on a day-to-day basis and have a challenge mind-set, with the ability to speak up and deploy new ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
* Working closely with project leaders and organizations to drive success
* Raising awareness and acceptance of project management within the organization through coaching and awareness sessions
* Shaping methods and tools to meet project needs, ensuring efficient communication and stakeholder management
* Scheduling projects, tracking performance, and reporting throughout all project phases
* Financial analysis, earned value management, risk management, change management, key reviews support, and project planning
This role may involve occasional business travel, so the candidate must be able to travel.
Requirements:
* Strong facilitation skills for coaching, motivating, and enabling teams
* Ability to listen, understand, and respond constructively
* Ability to negotiate, influence, and manage conflicts
* Willingness and ability to handle changes on a day-to-day basis
* Challenge mind-set, ability to speak up, and interested in deploying new ways of working
* Optional: Knowledge and experience in agile project management methodologies (Scrum, SAFe ...)
* Experience in stakeholder management, ability to engage skills of different functions, Negotiation level of English; French and/or German a plus
