Whatever you're working on, what are the technical skills you're likely to have?
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
Strong working knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
Hands-on experience with ticketing tools including CA, Jira, or ServiceNow .
Ability to read and understand Java code and its overall functionality.
Previous experience in software technical support environments.
