We are looking for Spanish-fluent candidates in Porto to become part of a joyful team
Provide timely and high-quality support. This role involves ensuring efficient, high-quality customer interactions within a clear operational framework.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming support inquiries via email and chat with efficiency and accuracy.
2. Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to resolve issues and escalate complex cases as necessary.
3. Maintain adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
4. Participate in training, coaching, and performance reviews to improve service quality.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish (native/C2 level), residing in Porto.
- Availability to work on-site in Porto (remote work not available).
- Great attention to detail and work ethics.
- Good communication skills and adherence to guidelines.
- Team player spirit.
What You Will Get:

- Base salary of 900€ gross x 14 months.
- Meal allowance of 7.63€/day.
- Work schedule initially on a morning shift, with future rotating shifts (24/7).
- Rotative days off (2 days).
