You should have:
• Bachelor's and / or Master's degree in Computer Science, Management or Finance;
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar or related area;
• Strong commercial skills and strong orientation to results;
• Good understanding of business issues and customer expectations;
• Good communication skills, autonomy and proactivity;
• Strong sense of responsibility;
• Fluent in English and Portuguese mandatory;
• German language proficiency is a big plus;
Responsibilities:
• Act as the main point of contact for clients;
• Ensure client satisfaction and service quality;
• Anticipate future needs and propose solutions;
• Align the team with IT market trends (AI, Salesforce, Data etc.);
• Define commercial strategies aligned with company goals;
• Contribute to proposals, negotiations, and contract closing;
• Available to travel in Europe;
