VanillaHR is a software company providing an HR and candidate management platform for companies and agencies. Our solution allows companies to source and manage candidates, collaborate with the hiring team, and offer a simple and understandable recruitment management platform.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. You are responsible for designing and implementing the acquisition marketing strategy. You monitor the results and profitability of your actions, are proactive, and work towards the continuous improvement of the acquisition strategy.
Missions:
* Implementation of the acquisition strategy (targeting, channel, message) to achieve the funnel objectives (MQL/SQL/RDV)
* Monitor the lead journey, from acquisition to conversion by the sales team
* Deploy multi-channel lead generation campaigns (SEO, SEA, retargeting, emailing, display, etc.) via online channels
* Design and distribute impactful marketing content to increase the visibility of our solutions and generate traffic to the site
* Ensure lead nurturing (particularly via Account Engagement) until their conversion. Test, measure, and analyze performance
* Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders in the Software business (Sales, Marketing, Editorial, Product Development, Customer Service, etc.) to ensure the effectiveness of end-to-end action plans
Required profile:
* With higher education, you have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing / growth hacking, acquired in BtoB, ideally in a SaaS
* Proven expertise in digital acquisition (SEA, SMO, social media)
* Business vision essential
* Mastery of web Analytics tools and CRM
* Writing skills and graphic sensitivity
* You are comfortable with digital tools (knowledge of computer language appreciated) and autonomous in the implementation and optimization of online campaigns
* Fluent English
* You are curious, proactive, and autonomous
