We pride ourselves on fostering a culture of involvement, experience, and excellence.Join our team as anIT Software Procurement Consultant(Hybrid – Lisbon)!What You'll DoLead software procurement activities, including financial negotiations and contract management with suppliers and internal stakeholders.Define and implement sourcing strategies to optimize costs and streamline supplier ecosystems.Manage and strengthen Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), ensuring long-term value with strategic partners.Oversee tenders and RFQs at a group level, ensuring alignment with procurement policies and business objectives.Negotiate contract renewals and establish new agreements with both existing and new vendors.Monitor supplier performance, driving continuous improvement and value delivery.Act as a key point of contact for procurement processes, promoting best practices across the llaborate closely with IT, Finance, Legal, and Cybersecurity teams to ensure alignment on procurement strategies.Ensure proper usage of sourcing tools and maintain accurate reporting on contracts, savings, and supplier metrics.Qualifications5+ years of experience in IT procurement or vendor management, with a strong focus on software sourcing.Proven experience in supplier negotiation, contract management, and cost optimization strategies.Experience working in international or multinational environments, with exposure to global procurement processes.Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including IT, Finance, Legal, and Cybersecurity teams.Familiarity with sourcing tools, procurement platforms, and reporting methodologies.Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with a results-oriented mindset.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for working in a global and multicultural environment.Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a structured and efficient manner.Proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and continuous improvement.English proficiency at a professional level (minimum B2).Availability to work in a hybrid model in Lisbon.AtData Smart, you will have the opportunity to integrate into a solid company and participate in projects of high recognition, nationally and internationally, with an appealing technological environment and career progression.
