The role – Identity and Access Management Business Analyst
Responsibilities
We are looking for an IAM Business Analyst to drive improvements in Identity and Access Management (IAM), enhancing security processes while ensuring efficient IT operations. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Assist in the development, implementation, and optimization of IT practices and processes to support organizational objectives
* Conduct data analysis, create reports, and present findings to help drive business decisions and continuous improvement
* Support Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives, including the recertification of user access to various resources (applications, databases, etc.)
* Assist in defining and maintaining access procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
* Collaborate with IT security teams to analyze access control risks and recommend improvements
* Conduct periodic access reviews to ensure appropriate user access levels across applications and systems
* Assist in the integration of IAM solutions with IT service management processes to enhance automation and efficiency
* Support audits and compliance assessments by providing IAM-related reports and documentation.
Your profile
* BSc or MSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
* Prior professional experience in an IAM related role
* General understanding of IT service delivery, identity management, and access control processes
* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
* Knowledge of IT security best practices, compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR), and IAM frameworks
* Experience with ITIL will be valued
* Fluent in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.
