/p h3About the Role /h3 pWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic bHead of Shared Services Center /b to lead the implementation and management of a centralized Finance Shared Services Center, covering transactional activities in P2P (Procure to Pay), R2R (Record to Report), O2C (Order to Cash), Credit Management, and Master Data.
/p pThe SSC will support finance operations across US/Canada and Europe, ensuring process standardization, efficiency, and scalability.
You will oversee the team ramp-up over 18 months, leveraging SAP as the backbone for automation and process optimization.
/p pThe Head of Shared Services Center is responsible for leading and managing the financial operations of the SSC, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with corporate financial objectives, driving process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

/li liExcellent change management skills; ability to transition processes and engage teams.
/li liAdvanced communication skills; fluent in English (additional languages are an asset).
