What will be your role As a Business Analyst, you will join a dynamic ICT team working on impactful solutions that improve the lives of millions of users, contributing to the development of a more efficient and user-centered digital ecosystem.
Your main responsibilities will include: Analyzing business requirements and translating them into clear user stories and sub-stories Collaborating closely with the Product Owner and development team Acting as the bridge between business and IT, building strong relationships with stakeholders, developers, and testers Performing functional testing to ensure high-quality deliveries Ensuring that solutions align with ICT strategy and architecture Supporting Agile processes and contributing to continuous improvement Who will work by your side You will be part of a large and collaborative ICT team, working alongside hundreds of professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality services to millions of users and internal stakeholders.
