Ensure effective and efficient planning, organization and execution of administrative and production support activities in the Casais Group, guaranteeing internal/external customer satisfaction by meeting deadlines, quality and safety standards, through adequate allocation of financial and human resources, technicians and materials and acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and Casais values.
Job Responsibilities
1. To ensure the monitoring, recording and management of the time base of own personnel and, if applicable, also of subcontractors, performing the interface with the Human Resources area
2. Support compliance with safety and prevention standards at work, through periodic inspections and communication with employees, defined by the site management
3. Coordinate the reception, storage, management and maintenance of equipment and materials, proceeding to the identification of non-compliant products, promoting their segregation and return, monitoring stock levels of required products
4. Collect, organise and archive the relevant documents/processes, as well as carry out the management of the expedient and the creation of folders of the paper processes and document management
5. Perform data recording, uploading and monitoring in the respective computer systems as per the requests of the line manager
6. Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, letters, information, emails and other texts inherent work management, and perform the respective processing in computer support
7. Support and logistical and administrative assistance to site employees (accommodation, transport, meals, health, HR)
8. Comply with and promote the principles and procedures of the Integrated Management System (Quality, Environment and Safety) approved by the company and defined for the respective department

9. Professional Experience: 1 to 3 years
