Master Data & Price Management, Customer Service DACH Location: Lisbon, Portugal | Full-Time | Permanent | Hybrid Are you detail-oriented, data-savvy, and fluent in German and English? Were looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to manage pricing and customer master data for the DACH region. What Youll Do
Maintain and update customer master data and pricing in ERP and CRM systems (Oracle & Salesforce) Ensure pricing accuracy to prevent order processing errors Handle price deviations, special pricing approvals, and promotional pricing Respond to pricing-related queries from Sales and Support teams Upload customer-specific price list exceptions and conduct ad-hoc pricing analysis Support system upgrades and enhancements related to pricing Contribute to process improvements and quality documentation
What You Bring
2 years of experience in customer service, pricing, or data management Native-level German (or C2) and strong English (B2) Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Oracle and Agile ERP is a plus Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Structured approach to data handling and problem-solving
