What You Will Do:
As a
Customer Support Representative
, you will provide support to platform users via inbound and outbound calls. Your role will focus on understanding, reviewing, and resolving issues related to an international e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Investigate and resolve issues related to orders, logistics, and platform usage
Provide timely and accurate support to buyers, sellers, and content creators
Escalate complex cases according to internal procedures
Maintain high service quality and meet performance standards
Requirements:
Flemish (C2 level)
– mandatory
English (B2 level or higher)
Previous experience in
customer service
or
social media support
is an advantage
Good understanding of e-commerce environments
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
