This professional will play a central role in developing change projects, promoting adoption, capability-building, and engagement among all stakeholders.Main ResponsibilitiesConduct diagnostic activities and organizational impact analyses. Develop and implement Change Management plans aligned with the ADKAR model (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement). Create and execute communication, training, and stakeholder management plans. Monitor adoption and readiness indicators, proposing corrective actions whenever necessary. Lead awareness sessions, workshops, and capability‐building activities for different teams. Work closely with functional and technical teams. Support the definition of user profiles, journey mapping, and training needs. Develop process-oriented training materials and facilitate hands-on sessions for key and end users. Support the post–go-live Hypercare strategy, ensuring stabilization and reinforcement of the change. Map critical stakeholders and develop engagement strategies. Create communication content (newsletters, campaigns, FAQs, quick guides, short videos, etc.). Ensure continuous alignment between the project team, sponsors, and impacted areas.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree. Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in consulting, specifically in Change Management. Experience in SAP implementation or migration projects (highly valued). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel). Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci) is a strong plus. Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities. Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience in designing and facilitating workshops and training sessions. Proficiency with tools for creating learning and training content (PowerPoint, Canva, among others). Knowledge of project management methodologies and collaboration tools is an advantage. Fluency in English.
