Job DescriptionAs a Trainee, you will support end‐to‐end Global Care services for the Nokia Cloud Infra Products. In this learning‐focused role, you'll develop technical support and customer handling skills, assisting with troubleshooting and fix preparation. You'll work closely with experienced team members, contribute to improvement initiatives, and occasionally join supervised customer calls. This role offers the chance to build a strong technical foundation, grow in a global environment, and make an impact from day one.How You Will Contribute And What You Will LearnSupport system integration, deployment, and validation of cloud-native telecom solutions based on Linux, Kubernetes, Open Shift, and Open Stack.Assist in troubleshooting platform, CI/CD pipeline, container, and networking issues across multi‐cloud environments.Perform system health checks, log analysis, failure investigation, and defect validation activities.Participate in CI/CD execution, automation support, and release validation for telecom cloud platforms.Collaborate with 3 LS/4 LS engineering teams to analyze complex issues and support faster resolution.Key Skills And ExperienceStrong fundamentals in Linux OS administration and troubleshooting.Hands‐on understanding of Kubernetes and container‐based platforms (Open Shift preferred).Knowledge of cloud platforms, virtualization, and networking fundamentals.Good analytical thinking, debugging, and problem‐solving skills.Effective communication and collaboration skills.It would be nice if you also had:Exposure to Open Stack, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, Ansible, or Dev Ops tools.Scripting skills in Python or Shell.Familiarity with telecom systems, cloud‐native network functions (CNFs), or NFV concepts.About UsAdvancing connectivity to secure a brighter world.
