We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to clients across Europe. This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide timely and effective technical support via Zoho Desk, Jira, or similar platforms
* Troubleshoot Level 1 incidents across OS, web, networking, and database layers
* Escalate issues and collaborate with Development, QA, and Product teams to resolve them
* Maintain accurate and clear documentation to enhance our internal and external knowledge base
Requirements:
* 1–2 years of experience in a similar technical support role
* Familiarity with systems such as Windows/macOS/Linux, basic SQL, and VPN/networking
* Strong communication and time management skills
* Native/advanced proficiency in Spanish, fluent English, and German required
