German-Speaking Customer Service Representative in Portugal

Key Responsibilities:
Provide detailed information about our insurance products to customers via phone and email.
Assist with policy cancellations and answer questions about coverage.
Manage both inbound and outbound calls as well as email correspondence.
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Work Schedule:
This role operates Monday to Friday, including bank holidays.
The working hours are 07:30 AM to 08:00 PM, with rotational shifts.
Weekends are off.
Requirements:
* Fluency in German (C1-C2 level) is required, both spoken and written.
* An EU passport or valid work permit is necessary; sponsorship is not provided.
* B2 level English is required for effective communication within the team.
* Previous experience in insurance customer service is an advantage.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential.
