Scope
Our mission as a Corporate Digital Transformation Team is to sustain EVS business activities by monitoring business processes, managing corporate applications & data architecture and contributing to key strategic projects.
As a Business Analyst and Application owner, your role is to sustain the entire life cycle of corporate applications including design, implementation, continuous improvements, and maintenance/support to keep the solutions aligned with business evolution and strategic ambitions.Job Description
As an application owner, you
Define and manage the full lifecycle and backlog of corporate applications you own.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment.
Proactively identify business needs, propose improvements, and ensure consistency across applications and processes.
Manage upgrades, maintenance, access rights, licenses, and security for applications.
Prioritize and manage all application requests, applying the most appropriate processes.
Respond to, investigate, and resolve support issues or incidents, ensuring prompt follow-up.
Build and manage the application backlog with key stakeholders, prioritizing change requests and improvement suggestions.
Collaborate with external partners and experts to ensure efficiency and consistency.
Manage application integrations and dependencies with other corporate systems.
Maintain accurate documentation for each application and ensure availability to relevant audiences.
Regularly update and test the business continuity plan for your applications.
As a business analyst, you will contribute to corporate digital transformation projects, by accomplishing some or all of the following tasks :
Collecting and challenging business needs, and translating them into functional requirements.
Participating in the selection of new solutions to ensure compatibility with corporate applications and integration ease.
Reviewing business processes to align them with solutions while staying close to standards.
Providing functional designs and formalizing solution/application architecture.
Creating, testing, and validating functional requirements.
Configuring applications and defining integration needs with other systems.
Defining and configuring security roles and access rights, following security guidelines, and collaborating with the Security team when needed.
Coordinating infrastructure work with the IT team and supporting integration testing.
Coordinating UAT testing and preparing data migration plans (Export/Import).
Contributing to the development of the cut-over plan. Profile
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Technical skills :
Strong understanding of financial principles and practices, including revenue recognition, financial reporting, and budgeting.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE & F&O is a significant asset
Knowledge of O365 and Azure DevOps will ease the onboarding
Knowledge or experience of the following topics is a plus:
Conception of data models / database schema
UML diagrams and BPMN annotations
Micro service architecture and API
Power Automate
Power BI
Power Apps

Strong customers focus with the ability to manage expectations appropriately, constructively challenge requests and build a long-term relationship with key stakeholders

Excellent oral and written communication skills both in French and English
Will to learn and continuously evolve
Languages :
Fluent in English
