The Opportunity
We are hiring a Senior Salesforce Software Engineer for our Partners Focus Area, Salesforce team in Portugal.
Your Role
You will design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve features focusing on performance, scalability, and stability. You will bring expertise in architecture and design processes and dive into complex technical problems. You will create new solutions to meet emerging needs as our business grows.
Main Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience;
Expert knowledge of Apex and JavaScript;
Experience in Aura and Web Components;
Experience in working in a collaborative environment with teams of engineers, product managers, and designers;
Experience in Agile ecosystems;
Passion for new technologies and proven capability in analysis and problem-solving;
Excellent teamwork, communication, and project management skills;
Must be proactive, can think outside of the box, and hands-on profile to fit with our startup culture;
You need to be able to articulate ideas clearly when speaking to groups in English;
Ability to lead initiatives from the beginning to the release, helping other team members to deliver the tasks with quality and improve their knowledge.
