Are you passionate about the pharmaceutical industry and have experience as an Accounting & Finance Manager?
At Inmunotek Portugal LDA, we are experiencing strong growth and are looking to strengthen our Finance Department by welcoming a talented Accounting & Finance Manager to our team.
In this role, you will:
* Take ownership of monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and cost control.
* Work closely with department heads on budgets and performance tracking.
* Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
* Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial and management reporting.
* Manage cash in a capital-intensive, regulated environment, including bank transfers.
* Deal with banks and financial institutions.
* Interact directly with audit and advisory firms.
* Prepare and present financial packs for Board meetings.
* Oversee statutory accounts, tax filings, audits, and external reporting.
What we're looking for:
* Academic degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience.
* Previous experience in the pharmaceutical sector and international contexts is highly valued.
* Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese (mandatory).
* Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP software implementation.
* Team management skills.
* High attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
* Excellent communication skills.
