Job Description
1. Oversee the full recruiting lifecycle as an IT technical recruiter.
2. Foster and strengthen relationships with prospective candidates specialized in IT job profiles to fill vacant roles.
3. Implement IT headhunting strategies based on industry trends.
4. Generate leads and devise strategies to identify suitable IT talent.
5. Manage end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviews.
6. Execute global hiring programs considering international IT trends.
7. Manage the IT talent hub via job boards, screening resumes, and maintaining the database.
8. Design job descriptions and engage with candidates on social media platforms.
The Successful Applicant
Required Skills And Qualifications
1. Experience as an IT recruiter or similar role.
2. Strong technical understanding of IT roles.
3. Excellent communication and networking skills.
4. Experience with HR IT recruitment software and job boards.
5. Self-driven with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills And Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in IT recruiting or related field.
2. Understanding of the technical aspects of IT recruitment.
3. Proficiency in English and knowledge of IT talent hubs.
4. Hybrid work model (negotiable).
5. RPO experience.
