This role requires a strong background in event sales, management, and partnership development. You will be responsible for developing and executing event plans that meet or exceed sales targets.
As an Event Development Manager, you will work closely with our marketing and community teams to activate partnerships and promote events through various channels.
You will represent the company at external events, networking functions, and business forums to generate leads and promote the brand.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Demonstrable experience in event sales and management
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships effectively
* Strong organizational and project management skills
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Fluency in English (written and spoken)
* Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency with CRM systems and Google Workspace
