Working with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and cloud-native environments, you'll integrate enterprise systems, shape workflows, and support end-to-end project rollouts. This role offers high ownership, direct customer interaction, and the opportunity to work with innovative technologies, driving real impact across complex, dynamic environments.WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Take ownership of software development for customer-specific projects on the platform;
* Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth project rollouts;
* Create interfaces to backend systems using Java and Spring Boot, such as REST services, databases, and SAP;
* Develop client workflows and implement customer-specific adjustments via XML and Java Script;
* Configure user interfaces and manage on-premises software installation;
* Work with the latest smart glasses and other wearable devices and bring them to use by our customers;
* Undertake technical consulting for our customers;
* Support user acceptance and system integration tests;
* Execute roll-outs at customer site;
* Handle bug-fixing during the hyper care phase, followed by handover to support;
* Work independently on projects and be responsible for complying with time and quality specifications;

-4+ years of professional experience ;
* Experience withSpring Boot, Java, and Kotlin ;
* Experience inenterprise integrations (REST API and SAP interfaces are a plus) ;
* Solid understanding and experience withmicroservices ;
* Understanding ofKubernetes ;
* Experience withJava Script (any framework) ;
-Upper-intermediate English level.NICE TO HAVES
* University Degree (or equivalent work experience) required, preferably in computer science or related area;
* Database experience like My SQL, Maria DB, or Postgre SQL;
* Familiar with API design and specifications and XML / JSON;
* Android development experience (optional);
* Experience with Kotlin;
* Hands-on experience with Terraform;
* Experience working in close customer collaboration paired with excellent communication skills at all levels;
* Ideally, you have experience with logistics processes or manufacturing companies or the automotive industry;
* Proven ability to understand the big picture and quickly comprehend complex relationships in dynamic organizations;
* Enthusiasm for acting as a team player, especially when it comes to cross-functional teams, paired with a passion for working independently, assuming holistic responsibility for a project;
