Junior Service & Project Delivery Manager Conclusion Lifecycle is the Managed Services brand of Conclusion Iberia, focused on delivering long-term, scalable IT services across the full lifecycle, from build to run. It brings together the Managed Services operation that was previously part of Neotalent Conclusion, with a clearer focus on lifecycle ownership, operational excellence and long-term partnerships. Conclusion Lifecycle also acts as the incubator for new lifecycle-based service offerings within Conclusion Iberia.Role Overview:The Junior Service & Project Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of IT services to clients and business stakeholders, maintaining high levels of performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction. This role acts as the primary interface between technical teams and the business, ensuring services are delivered according to agreed standards and continuously improved.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end delivery of IT services in line with agreed SLAs;Lead and coordinate cross-functional technical teams;Oversee change management processes;Ensure timely resolution of major problems and minimize business impact;Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies;Drive service improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.What you are like:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;Proven experience in IT sector or support management (nice to have);Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and service reporting (nice to have);Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and ITIL (nice to have);Solid understanding of infrastructure, applications, and IT operations;Excellent management and communication skills;Leadership and team coordination capabilities (nice to have);Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics and improvement;Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Work on challenging projects for big clientsLearn more about emerging technologiesPossibility of working remotelyDesign your career planAccess to continuous training and certificationsEvolve through our internal mobility program. and much more!Delivery Manager (Leasing & Factoring services) KLx is the Portuguese subsidiary of Crédit Agricole S.A., a large international banking group that provides IT Skills & Software Development services to the IT organizations within the group's business lines.Our mission is to assist with the IT transformation & activities of a worldwide bank capitalizing on all the skills from our international campus in Lisbon.About ResponsibilitiesWithin our Leasing & Factoring unit in Portugal, which brings together more than 100 professionals, the Delivery Manager will directly lead up to 30 team members, supported by team and technical leads. This unit operates as an extension of the IT department of our Crédit Agricole partner.
