About the Role: Security Support Engineer
We are looking for a Security Support Engineer to join an international infrastructure and security team, working on the deployment, configuration and maintenance of secure network environments.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and manage firewall filtering rules
Deploy and maintain network and security equipment
Support operational teams in troubleshooting and incident resolution
Contribute to security infrastructure architecture
Participate in automation of security solution deployments
Produce and maintain technical documentation
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, IPSec, protocols)
Experience with firewalls and security solutions (e.G. Stormshield, IDS/IPS)
Good understanding of IPv4 / IPv6 addressing and network troubleshooting
Experience with Linux / Unix systems
Familiarity with DevOps tools (GitLab, Ansible, GitLab Runner)
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Ability to work in international and remote teams
Fluent English
Nice to have
Experience with Cisco or Juniper environments
Knowledge of infrastructure services such as DNS, NTP, Proxy, Reverse Proxy, Tacacs, LDAP
