- Develop and optimize the company's organizational structures, both in stores and at headquarters, ensuring alignment with global and local strategies.
- Strategic workforce planning (SWP): Collaborate closely with business leaders to identify future talent needs and translate them into concrete recruitment, development, and team evolution plans.
- Change management, Design and implement effective strategies to support teams in adapting to new organizational models and digitalization initiatives.
- Organizational efficiency, monitoring the impact of changes through internal and external benchmarks, ensuring the achievement of strategic KPIs.
- Culture and employee experience, support teams in creating solutions that foster a positive work environment by analyzing key indicators such as eNPS and implementing improvement actions.
- Team management, lead and develop a team of two, ensuring their motivation and professional growth.
Perfil ideal
- Academic background in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Management, or related fields.
- Around six years of relevant experience in HR Consulting.
- Strong knowledge of organizational design, SWP, and change management.
- Ability to influence and manage stakeholders, from operational teams to senior leadership.
- High energy, resilience, and proactivity to lead organizational transformation projects in dynamic environments.
- Experience in multinational environments and fluency in English.
