Position: Senior Product Manager
Senior Product Manager in JoomPulse ensures that customers fulfill their business goals using the platform features and are willing to pay. He/She will fix weak features, enhance strong features, and deliver new products.
Key Outcomes
Directly influence business metrics: >55% yearly payment RR and >70% monthly payment RR in Q4 2026 ; reduce product‑caused refunds to 5% in Q4 2026 .
Responsibilities
* Monitor product health and stability, track metrics (WAU/MAU, payment/usage RR, LTV, conversion) and improve them.
* Own product quality and bug management.
* Prioritize issues by real customer impact and fix critical breaks fast.
* Gather user feedback (CS, interviews, chats, analytics) and remove friction in key flows.
* Deliver product improvements for our key customer segments (beginners, medium sellers, big sellers, consultancies, brands).
* Launch new products from scratch: validate hypotheses, launch MVPs, and search for product‑market fit in new segments.
* Research and identify new zero‑to‑one product opportunities.
Requirements
* Experience working with B2B SaaS products.
* 5+ years of product experience.
* Strong product analytics skills: hypotheses, metrics, models, A/B tests.
* Pragmatic, action‑oriented product thinking: speed, value, focus.
* Experience launching fast MVPs.
* Experience building and scaling digital products.
Preferred (big advantage)
* Experience with e‑commerce/marketplaces.
* Understanding of the LatAm market and sellers' behavior.
* Fluent Portuguese.
