Administrative Assistant Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized administrative assistant to support our Quality, Health & Safety and Environment department.
Main Responsibilities:
* Gather data from reports, facilitate communication between departments for further investigation
* Ensure accuracy and up-to-date records in SAP
* Maintain SharePoint and SAP databases with precision
* Create purchase requisitions as needed
* Assist in internal and external audits and follow-up actions
* Provide information, instructions, procedures, and documents to all departments as required
* Foster adherence to internal standards among stakeholders
* Perform other administrative tasks as necessary
Requirements
* Prior experience in a similar role, preferably international settings
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Teams, SharePoint) and ERP systems
* Excellent English communication skills
* Strong organizational abilities
* Residency in Ovar or nearby areas
