We are looking for a senior, results-driven Sales Executive to generate new business and drive revenue across Portugal and international markets. This is a hands-on role focused exclusively on sales execution — we are not looking for junior profiles or candidates in a learning phase.Key Qualifications & Requirements: Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of successful B2B sales experience in IT consulting, cloud, or software services, with a verifiable track record of closing deals (100k–1M+ EUR). Educational Background: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Industry Readiness: You must already understand the IT consulting sales cycle — including technical scoping, proposal structuring, and enterprise procurement dynamics. Communication Skills: Clear, persuasive, and confident communication at both technical and executive levels. Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and German is required. Portuguese and Spanish are nice to have. CRM Familiarity: Proficiency with CRM tools (Odoo, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar). Autonomy & Drive: Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, with a hunter profile. Mobility: Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe. Residency: Based in, or willing to relocate to, Portalegre or the Alentejo region, Portugal. Responsibilities: Sales Execution: Identify, develop, and close new consulting deals in AI, DevOps, Cloud, Software development and Digital Transformation. Client Engagement: Build strong, trust-based relationships with C-level and technical decision-makers. Prospecting & Outreach: Generate and qualify leads, deliver compelling proposals, and handle end-to-end deal flow. Market Development: Drive m-tech1’s expansion into verticals such as pharma, fintech, automotive and enterprise IT. CRM & Reporting: Maintain structured sales pipelines and performance tracking. Collaboration: Work closely with tech leads and delivery teams to tailor proposals and ensure delivery alignment. Sales Reporting: Provide direct reporting and forecasting to the CEO.
