ROLE:
FUNCTIONS:
* Plan, coordinate, and lead projects from the definition phase to final delivery;
* Define the scope, objectives, milestones, schedule, and resources of the project;
* Ensure functional alignment between the areas involved;
* Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks and dependencies;
* Monitor the progress, quality, and budget of the project;
* Ensure clear and continuous communication with stakeholders;
* Ensure adequate project documentation and governance;
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.
PROFILE:
* Higher education in Information Technology or similar field;
* Minimum of 3 to 4 years of professional experience in Project Manager roles;
* Profile with a greater functional focus than operational or reporting;
* Ability to lead projects independently;
* Experience in end-to-end project management;
* Good knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid;
* Experience with project management tools, such as Jira, MS Project, Asana, among others;
* Good knowledge of Excel and reporting tools is an advantage;
* Fluency in English (mandatory);
* Good organizational, planning, and prioritization skills;
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders;
* Problem-solving and analytical skills;
* Leadership spirit and strong sense of responsibility.
