We're looking for a Key Account Manager R&H to join our R&H End User TEAM in PORTUGAL, based in LISBON.

As a KAM S&S R&H you'll be responsible for generating new R&H opportunities, managing Hospitality & Malls projects with high level of Systems Architectures proposal and deliver solid results aligned with ambitious targets for growing.

More about the role
* With 100% focus on R&H, you will create and manage Projects and Accounts, delivering solid results on Sales, IGM% and System penetration.
* You will be focused on developing new opportunities withing new Retail Prospects, Hospitality and Malls, with high level of Systems and Services added value propositions.
* You will be responsible to develop, growth and consolidate the subsegments of Hospitality & Malls. Also you will participate on the sub-Segment strategy definition, and you will be part of international workshops.
* You will collaborate with the rest of R&H End User Team and with the Prof Team, to jointly develop sales opportunities.
More about you
* University Education degree from Business or technical background
* Passionate for Sales, with proved sales capabilities and experience. Consultive sales mindsets.
* Technical knowledge and skills and 3-5 years proven experience.
* Passionate for Systems & Services, with deep understanding of the added value of the propositions.
* Analytic skills. Used to follow up Sales and IGM and being capable of provide and accurate FC. Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strategic thinking with capability to make agile business decisions.
* Stakeholders and ecosystem management, including End Users, Lighting consultants, Engineering companies, etc…
* Radical collaboration mindset.
