WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGThis is an office-based function within the LSO providing direct support and coordination with the customer with regards to order processing, shipping of goods and stock coordination.
Enter and execute orders in SAP, including coordination with logistics.
Coordinate with logistics, customers, and other internal departments about delivery details.
Execute stockshifts in SAP based on the decision of the Planning team, and inform logistics.
Support the daily management of stock levels and taking action to ensure availability.
Execute warranty exchanges based on the decision provided by the Technical Service team.
Manage transport damages or hidden damages (verification with customer, contact with service, coordination with logistics).
Launch and control the process for credit and debit notes and follow them until the approval.
