Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned financial expert to lead our Business Planning & Analysis function. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving short and long-term financial planning, as well as analyzing business operations to measure and forecast future performance.
* Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, including analysis of internal and external economic conditions.
* Drive the budget and forecast planning processes for our Surgical franchise in the SPAIN & PORTUGAL cluster.
* Implement productivity initiatives to improve profitability and achieve operational excellence.
Requirements
* University degree in Finance or Economics, with Master's in Business Administration preferred.
* At least 4 years' experience in Financial Reporting with project management skills in an international environment.
* Excellent finance and analytical skills, with good understanding of accounting and reporting rules.
* Strong communication skills, including ability to communicate financial information to non-finance groups.
* Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken), with local language (Portuguese) being a plus.
