In this Position you will...
Drive efficiency and compliance in the areas of Purchasing and Payments, Invoicing and Collections, and Accounting and Reporting, working closely with the teams and ensuring that processes run smoothly, deadlines are met, and strategic projects within the finance department are executed.
This role will act as a key support for achieving objectives, providing a global vision, execution capability, and constructive counterbalance within the team.
You will be responsible for....
- Provide operational support to the heads of Purchasing and Customer Invoicing when deadlines are at risk or bottlenecks occur, taking on administrative tasks if necessary
- Drive and execute the projects and priorities defined by the CFO, ensuring their progress and completion.
- Identify and report risks, incidents, or process deviations, proposing and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborate closely with all teams within the finance department, promoting teamwork, communication, and goal achievement.
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of administrative and financial processes.
- Support and coordinate audits, facilitating document preparation, liaising with auditors, and following up on recommendations
- Provide support and/or coordinate tax matters when required, assisting with documentation preparation, compliance with obligations, and responding to requests from the authorities.
- Provide support and/or coordinate consolidation, ensuring proper integration and reporting of group information.

Your qualifications and skills should match....
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification as TOC (Official Accounting Technician) – mandatory requirement.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an accounting or advisory firm, directly handling company accounting and taxation.
- Advanced and up-to-date knowledge of financial and accounting consolidation.
- Advanced proficiency in the Primavera ERP system (mandatory).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Office.
- Multidisciplinary profile, hands-on, solution-oriented, and results-driven.
- Ability to "roll up your sleeves" and take on operational and administrative tasks when necessary.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team and manage conflicts.
- Experience in process improvement and project management will be highly valued.
- Independence, proactivity, and ability to act as a constructive counterbalance within the finance team.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) will be positively valued.
