AirAdvisor is seeking a seasoned Litigation Lawyer with expertise in consumer flight claims and airline passenger rights.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the litigation strategy, handling court cases against airlines, and representing AirAdvisor's interests in court.
* Act as the legal representative of AirAdvisor in Portugal, managing all legal matters and claims filed within the jurisdiction.
* Handle pre-court collections and out-of-court settlements for EU261 compensation, out-of-pocket expenses, ticket refunds, and baggage-related claims under various regulations.
