We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide L2 Application support to end-users. The ideal candidate will ensure that unresolved tickets are escalated to appropriate individuals/teams based on established guidelines and procedures.
* Experience as first & second-line (L1 and L2 support) is required.
* Strong knowledge on SQL queries, data analysis is necessary.
* Familiarity with Production support tools like ServiceNow and JIRA is a plus.
