Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
* Take over the responsibility for a selected Shipping processes
* Define, implement, and control standardized guidelines and tools for your assigned processes
* Manage structural issues and the resolution of problems through the identification and implementation of appropriate, counter measures
* Align with stakeholders worldwide (e.g. Production locations, Distribution Centers, Customer Logistics Management, Tax, Customs, Transit Management, Route office, Exception process)
* Maintain and set up process documentation to ensure proper change management and training
* Manage processes as well as IT changes by supporting the definition of requirements and the testing
* Represent your assigned process as a team member in international projects to ensure necessary inputs are given to set up new processes correctly.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
* University degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Economic Engineering, Business Informatics, or similar
* At least 3 - 5 years of professional experience with a focus on Process Management, preferably in Logistics/Supply Chain Management, with an affinity for data and data quality
* Excellent communication skills enabling you to solve conflicts constructively and to manage interfaces actively
* Knowledge of SAP logistics modules would be an advantage
* Fluency in English
